Good ol' Thurston Howell, III certainly tried to replicate a New England accent in Gilligan's Island but never quite got it down. But he certainly gave it the Yankee try. If my memory serves me correctly, he was a Rhode Islander, worth billions before losing most of it and only becoming a millionaire from the Depression, he was a proud 'Hahvad' graduate and a Republican.

William was born in Scotland in 1630 before coming to Woburn, Mass. pre-1689.

Benjamin was at Charlestown, Mass. in 1638, then to Woburn in 1640 and was one of the original proprietors of Chelmsford, Mass. in 1654.

John was a resident of Rehoboth, Mass. in 1643 before going to Swanzey, Mass. before 1663.
Samuel was a freeman at Weymouth in 1640 before moving to Rehoboth, Mass. in 1645.
Buttolph
Thomas was a glover who was born in England in 1603. He was at Boston in 1635.
Button
John was a miller and a freeman at Boston in 1634.
Matthias, a Dutchman, was at Boston before 1634.
Robert was a freeman at Salem in 1642.
Buttrick
William was born at England around 1615 at Kingston on the Thames before coming to Concord, Mass. in 1635. He moved to Chelmsford, Mass. after.
Buttry or Buttery
Nicholas was born in England in 1602 at London and came to Cambridge in 1635.
Buxton
Anthony was born in England in 1601 and is found at Salem in 1637.
Buzzell or Buswwell
Isaac was born about 1593 at England and was an early settler of Salisbury, Mass. in 1639. He then went to Hampton, N.H. the same year but returned to Salisbury shortly afterward.
Byam
George was at Sal;em in 1642, then went to Wenham, Mass and Chelmsford, Mass. about 1653.
Byfield
Nathaniel was the son of Rev. Richard and was born at Long Ditton, Surrey, England in 1653 before being a resident of Bristol county, Mass. in 1679.
Byles
Josiah was a sadler from Winchester, Hants, England before coming to Boston in 1695.
Byley
Henry was a tanner who was born in England in 1612. He was an early settler of Salisbury, Mass. in 1639.
Bynns
Jonas was at Dover, N.H. in 1654.
Byram
Nicholas was a physician at Weymouth, Mass. as early as 1638 and is found at Bridgewater, Mass. by 1662.
Cabell
George was a merchant at Boston in 1695.
John came to N.E. in 1631 and settled at Springfield,Mass. in 1636 before being found as a freeman at Fairfield, Conn. in 1669.
Cabot
George, son of Francis of St. Trinity Island, Jersey, England came to Boston in 1670.
Jean, brother of George, was at Boston in 1670.
Cadman
George was at Dartmouth, Mass. in 1685.
Cadogan
Rice or Richard, was at Kittery, Maine sometime in the second quarter of the 1600s.
Cadwell
Thomas was at Hartford, Conn. in 1632.
Cady or Cade
Benjamin was married at Andover, Mass. in 1664.
James was from Wales and came to Hingham, Mass. in 1635 before removing Boston in 1640 and lastly to Yarmouth, Mass. afterward.
Jonathan was at Rowley pre-1667 and is found at Killingly, Conn. in 1669.
Nicholas was born at England and is found at Watertown, Mass. by 1645, then in Groton, Mass. by 1668.
Richard was at Mass. in 1652.
Caffinge or Caffins
John was an original proprietor at Guilford, Conn. in 1639 before removing to New Haven, Conn. by 1643.
Samuel, brother of John, was at new Haven, Conn. in 1649.
Thomas, also a brother of the above two, died at New Haven, Conn. in 1647.
Cahoon
William was at Swanzey, Mass. in 1669.
Caine or Cain
Christopher was at Cambridge.

Thomas at at Watertown, Mass. in 1634 and is found at Dedham and Sudbury, Mass. after.
Caldwell
John was a weaver who was born in England in 1624. he is found at Boston in 1643 before removing to Ipswich, Mass. by 1654.
Calef or Calfe
James is at Rowley, Mass. in 1644.
Robert was born in England around 1648 and settl;ed at Boston in 1688. He then went to Roxbury by 1707.
Calkins
Deacon Hugh was of Welsh descent and was born in Wales in 1600. He settled at marshfield, Mass. between 1638 and 1640 before remving to Gloucester, Mass. later.
Call
John was at Charlestown, Mass. in 1637. Thomas was a tilemaker and/or husbandman when he is found at Charlestown, Mass. in 1636.
Callender
Ellas was a cooper and one of the founders of the First Baptist Church at Boston in 1669.
Calloway or Callowe
Oliver was a mariner at Watertown, Mass. in 1642 before removing to Boston in 1655.
Callum
John was at Haverhill, Mass. in 1677.
Calverly
Edmund is found at Warwick in 1661 and then at Newport, R.I. after. No issue is found for him.
